​Where is the event being held?

The event will be held at Arena MK, Milton Keynes.

 

What time should I arrive?

Please refer to your confirmation email for your allocated session and arrival time. A full details email, including timings and other important information, will also be sent to you the week before the event.

 

Will there be a schedule or agenda?

Yes. A full schedule will be included in your final details email, which will be sent prior to the event.

 

What is the dress code?

Business casual is recommended for the event.

 

Is there parking available?

Yes. Discounted event parking is available and can be paid for at the event.

 

What is the closest train station?

Milton Keynes Central is the closest train station, approximately a 10-minute drive from the venue. There is a taxi rank directly outside the station, making it easy to get to the event.

 

Are there accessible facilities?

Yes. The venue has accessible parking, step-free access and accessible toilets.

 

What do I need to gain entry?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this with you to the event to collect your event badge.

 

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes. A cloakroom will be available for coats and small bags. Larger suitcases are not recommended.

 

What should I bring to the event?

We recommend bringing your confirmation email and any essentials you may need throughout the day.

 

Will food be provided?

Yes. Depending on whether you are attending the morning or afternoon session, you will receive either breakfast or lunch on arrival.

 

Can I attend a different session?

If you are unable to attend the session you have been allocated, please email Summit2026@xsem.co.uk in advance. Our team will confirm whether an alternative session can be arranged.

 

What happens if I can no longer attend?

If you need to cancel your registration, please email Summit2026@xsem.co.uk

 

Who can I contact if I have a question on the day?

Our team will be available at the event helpdesk, located at the registration point in the main entrance. They will be happy to assist with any questions or queries you may have.
